About the Role

As a commercial partnership specialist at Benifex, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic account planning and relationship management.

Your primary focus will be on managing and growing relationships with enterprise customers in Sweden, leveraging your skills in negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract management to drive revenue growth and maximize platform value.

  • Manage commercial relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer success and enhance platform usage through data analysis.
  • Promote new features and strengthen customer engagement through collaborative efforts with internal teams.
Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an initiative-taking individual with strong relationship-building skills, able to navigate complex discussions and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.

You will excel in this role if you have:

  • Solid experience in Key Account Management or a similar commercial partnership role, preferably with Enterprise customers.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and purchasing departments.
