Pulp and Paper Automation Strategist

We are seeking a pulp and paper automation strategist to drive the development of our offerings. This individual will be responsible for understanding market needs and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitive analysis to inform product development.
  • Develop business cases for new product development and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Craft product strategies and roadmaps that align with market needs and the division's strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the offering, from development to launch and go-to-market.
Qualifications For The Role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in product management, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • International experience preferred, excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Pulp and Paper Controls, including products, applications, and solutions.
  • Leadership experience in sales, engineering, and project management, strong organizational skills.
