Som Source Leader på IKEA Industry Älmhult AB kommer du att vara en viktig del av vårt Supply team och rapportera till vår Supply Chain Manager. Din huvudsakliga uppgift kommer att vara att utveckla våra inköpsprocesser, förhandla villkor och priser samt köpa in indirekt material.

Dina Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter
  • Ansvara för förhandlingar av avtal och priser för indirekta inköp
  • Leda, utveckla och implementera policys och inköpsrutiner
  • Verkställa inköp inom ramen för vår inköpsstrategi, budget, prognos, avtal och regelverk
  • Utveckla strategier för kostnadsreduceringar
  • Utveckla goda, värdeskapande och effektiva leverantörsrelationer
  • Ta fram inköpsbudget och prognoser
  • I samarbete med centrala inköp driva inköpsstrategier, val av leverantörer och förhandlingar
  • Bidra till en stark kostnadsmedvetenhet hos våra partners, leverantörer och medarbetare
Vem Är Vi Söker?

Vi söker en person med erfarenhet från inköpsarbete, avtalsskrivning och förhandlingsvana i internationella miljöer. Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp och/eller längre erfarenhet av liknande befattningar. God datavana i affärssystem och Officepaketet, använder svenska och engelska obehindrat. Resor förekommer i tjänsten så du har också ett b-körkort.
