  • Design & Develop: Build and optimize robust frontend solutions using modern JavaScript and React.
  • Performance Optimization: Improve Core Web Vitals, implement bundle optimization, and enhance rendering efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership: Drive frontend initiatives in collaboration with our Frontend Lead, actively participate in architectural discussions, and establish best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Code Quality & Testing: Write well-structured, maintainable code and ensure application stability through testing.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
