About the Role

As Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving growth in a subscription-based business by developing and optimizing the e-commerce platform. You will focus on enhancing the customer journey to foster long-term engagement and loyalty while using data-driven insights to support marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead e-commerce operations, ensuring the platform delivers on performance, usability, and growth
  • Continuously improve the website to optimize user experience, enhance brand representation, and drive conversions
  • Leverage customer insights, sales performance, and data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Design and implement e-commerce strategies and execute operationally to boost sales
  • Align site content, offers, and campaigns with goals and business objectives
  • Collaborate on initiatives across SEO, SEM, email, and social media to drive engagement
  • Manage e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with external partners, including developers, payment providers, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations

Background
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within DTC
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating teams and colleagues in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • In-depth experience with data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret customer data to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Experience in optimizing e-commerce platforms, improving user experience, and driving sales, with Shopify experience as a plus
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and align colleagues
  • A creative, data-driven problem solver, with a customer-first mindset
  • Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
