We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hitachi Energy Power Transformers in Ludvika. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and achieving our goals.

Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a strategic partner to the Power Transformers business unit, providing expert HR guidance and support.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive business results.
  • Leading transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects.
  • Empowering managers with coaching and support on employee relations and performance management, while analyzing HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Background and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven project management skills with several years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Sweden.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
