About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Volvo Group. As a key member of our Product Cybersecurity Management System (PCSMS) and Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), you will play a critical role in shaping our product cybersecurity posture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-level cybersecurity programs, creating work packages for internal and external teams as required.
  • Provide guidance and clarity to stakeholders on cybersecurity deliverables, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Define and update objective, entry, exit, and acceptance criteria for cybersecurity deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain official Product Cybersecurity time plans, securing consensus among stakeholders.
  • Participate in periodic Cybersecurity Program reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between internal and external cybersecurity stakeholders to achieve UNECE R155 Cybersecurity Vehicle Type Approval Certification.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or equivalent.
  • Documented 2-10 years of experience in Technical Project Management within cybersecurity, with expertise in system engineering, key management systems, and cryptography.
  • Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 standards.
  • Experience with automotive embedded systems.
