Cybersecurity Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team at Volvo Group. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading the governance activities of the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and streamlining improvements around our key processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the process and governance activities within the unit, identifying and assessing key processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee performance management by developing and maintaining meaningful metrics and KPIs to drive success.
  • Drive the development and execution of training plans and skills development among CDC teams.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled timely and with high-quality standards.
  • Create and develop management-level reports and presentations on cross-functional cybersecurity topics.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience working in cybersecurity or business administration positions, with previous experience from consulting being a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies, and a desire to grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
