Demand Planner / S&OP

In this role, you'll work closely with the commercial planning team to manage the commercial planning process, ensure accurate demand forecasting, and align operational planning. You'll collaborate with production planning to balance commercial priorities and monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commercial planning process to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and alignment with operational planning.
  • Maintain and update the statistical forecasting process to support an accurate unconstrained sales forecast.
  • Train and support account managers in forecasting unconstrained customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the production planning team in S&OP balancing to align commercial strategies with short- and long-term capacity constraints.
  • Monitor and manage performance indicators for the commercial planning process and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and enhance demand forecasting processes in collaboration with the digital team.
