About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Capture Energy. As a key member of our Research & Development organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our portfolio of aggregators and energy management system (EMS) providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product portfolio Aggregators & Energy Management Systems (EMS)
  • Translate product strategy into product requirements
  • Support customers with product expertise
  • Follow up and define legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supplier management
  • Business case analysis
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering roles; other relevant experience can compensate for this
  • Strong knowledge of managing complex product portfolios
  • Previous experience at an aggregator or energy management system supplier
  • Previous experience in requirements management/systems engineering is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing/commercial role
  • Previous experience in battery energy storage systems is a plus
  • Specific knowledge of the global energy market and regional differences
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science/Data Engineering or equivalent
