About the Position

The Department of Management and Engineering at Linköping University invites applications for a Professor of Finance position in the Division of Business Administration. As a leading researcher, you will drive and lead research at an international level within financial economics, including corporate finance and valuation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead high-quality research within financial economics
* Attract external funding for doctoral students, postdocs, and colleagues
* Build and further develop a center formation within financial economics, linking research and teaching in finance

Teaching responsibilities include advanced courses in Swedish and English, as well as supervision of students in financial economics. You will also contribute to developing the workgroup.

Required Qualifications:
* Documented scientific excellence at an international level in financial economics
* Publication record in recognized journals and conferences in the field
* Ability to develop a dynamic research environment and attract national and international research grants
* Documented pedagogical excellence in teaching and supervision at undergraduate, advanced, and postgraduate levels in finance

This is a permanent, full-time employment opportunity with a starting date by agreement.
