Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Compliance Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Sustainability into Sourcing Activities: Develop and implement sustainable practices across all sourcing activities, including material selection, components, and supplier operations.
- Manage Strategic Sourcing Operations: Oversee the development and implementation of strategic sourcing plans that align with business objectives.
- Negotiate Favorable Terms: Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and achieve cost savings.
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
