Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Solution Consulting to lead our presales team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the EMEA region.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a high-performing presales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, working closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in presales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Experience managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on leadership, development, and talent management.
  • Skills
    • Deep understanding of the SaaS market space, with expertise in solution selling and value-based selling.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
