Responsibilities

In your role as a consultant, you will engage with clients on essential service line workflows, analyzing both current and future states, and collaborate with clients to outline stop-start-continue processes that will inform system design and testing. You will also assist in identifying gaps, resolving design queries, planning, and facilitating client meetings and key events to ensure timely decision-making, project milestones are achieved, and client objectives are met.

Your responsibilities will include coaching clients on data collection and system design requirements, conducting analyses to identify optimal solutions for implementation, and performing client-specific configurations in their environments according to their needs.

It is crucial that you identify, address, and communicate the status of solutions, risks, and issues to both clients and project leadership. You will provide on-site support for conversion fixes and issue resolution, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest improvements based on critical metrics while fostering client relationships to meet business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare, or a clinical field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or information technology
  • Background in software implementation
