About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scandinavian IT Manager to lead our onsite IT operations in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all services dedicated to supporting on-site users and providing infrastructure for running JTI business.

The successful candidate will have 5-7+ years of IT management experience with a strong background in people management. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as high-level problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Market/Factories/Leaf onsite IT I&O operations in Scandinavia
  • Ensure technical solutions meet requirements of business and IT
  • Liaise with respective Cluster/Entity IT Leads and Corporate IT pillars
  • Act as single point of escalation for management of IT technical related issues

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer or Technical Science
  • 5-7+ years of IT management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
