Requirements
  1. Graduated in HR domain and familiar with labor laws.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, CBA management, and union relations.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude in problem-solving and issue resolution.

This is a full-time consultant position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
