About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Leadership Professional to join our team in Järfälla, Sweden. As a member of the 9LV Systems Management Team within Business Unit Naval Combat Systems (NCS), you will play a key role in delivering world-class Command and Control solutions to armed forces globally.

This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the team's interests across the wider organization. The successful candidate will have experience in systems engineering, leadership, and change management.

The main tasks of this position include developing and maintaining competences within the section, dialogue with projects and other managers to find the best solutions, and together with the other Systems Engineering manager develop processes and methods.

We expect you to have a genuine interest to lead and coach people, and a background in Systems Engineering is highly valued.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A natural curiosity about technology and its applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate around the organization.
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to represent the team's interests.
