Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Engineer to join our team in Västerås. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective industrialization of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of Upcoming Work
    • Develop and maintain detailed instructions, materials, tools, and contractor requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Providing Fleet Status Updates
    • Ensure timely and accurate communication of fleet status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading Maintenance Validation Activities
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance validation activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Defining Standardized Processes
    • Develop and implement standardized processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Tool Calibration and Maintenance
    • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Manufacturing and Maintenance Work Instructions
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions for manufacturing and maintenance activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industrialization Engineering Degree or Equivalent
    • A degree in Industrialization Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Railway Industry
    • Proven experience working in the railway industry, with a strong understanding of industrialization processes and practices.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of engineering methods, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
  • ERP System Experience
    • Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP or Maximo, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English and Swedish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
