- Team Leadership: Help build and maintain a high-performing team and contribute to making Northvolt AB a great place to work.
- Education: Degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or similar.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply them toward manufacturing process development, expertise with common vision and measurement systems, practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, optics, lighting, and other image capture and processing.
- Programming Skills: Experience with C/C++ and Python, with a strong desire to work with real-time systems and generic programming.
- Communication Skills: Familiarity with communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet, TCP/IP, and I/O, analytical and statistical data analysis skills, and experience in document preparation and presentation.
