**Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate client agreements, supplier agreements, and facility-related documentation such as lease agreements.
  • Provide expert advice on company law topics, including board and shareholder minutes, company data, authorized signatories, notarization of documents, and registration of changes at the company register.
  • Support Data Privacy efforts by reviewing Data Processing Agreement liability clauses and providing legal advice to the Privacy Leader when needed.
  • Assist with Labour law matters, including criminal checks, termination of employment, changes to employment contracts, and engagement of external lawyers in disputes or administrative proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by supporting KYC questions from clients or banks, providing legal advice on gifts and hospitality to clients, and implementing global policies or trainings when needed.
  • Manage documents within the Concentrix contract management system(s) and update compliance documents to ensure ISO 27001 certification.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • International legal experience or experience working in multicultural jurisdictions is desirable.
