Job Description

The Installation and Maintenance Professional is responsible for ensuring that hardware and software products are installed, configured, and maintained to meet customer requirements.

Key Tasks
  1. Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for ATMs, retail products, EV chargers, and other equipment.
  2. Perform incident handling, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, and customer training duties.
  3. Clean and adjust mechanical components, configure and install applicable software.
  4. Refill consumables as directed and perform routine checks according to documented procedures.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Education or equivalent work experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A great understanding of electrical solutions and familiarity with mechanical work.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish language.
