The Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Manager to lead our Cloud Operations team and deliver exceptional services to our customers. This is an important role that combines leadership, customer relationship management, and technical oversight to drive outstanding outcomes for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing the delivery of our operations services on Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
  2. Managing a team of skilled engineers, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Acting as the primary contact to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage escalations, and ensure their needs are met with excellence.
  4. Driving continuous improvement and implementing strategies to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and achieve operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborating with customers who often work in agile environments, ensuring smooth integration and delivery in iterative processes.
  6. Maintaining Operational Standards, including monitoring performance metrics, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to best practices in cloud management, security, and governance.
  7. Supporting the sales process targeting both new and existing customers.
