We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Global SCM Material Sustainability Lead at TN Sweden. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and sustainability, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

The Global SCM Material Sustainability Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Material Sustainability management pillar (from process definition to implementation and monitoring/reporting) for the entire Business Unit. This includes creating a roadmap for SCM Material sustainability processes, contributing to the overall SCM Sustainability strategy creation, and developing a standardized process flow for material sustainability requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive roadmap for SCM Material sustainability processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable supply chain strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 14040/14044 and German Supply chain Act
  • Communicate and educate stakeholders on sustainability best practices and initiatives
About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management or sustainability
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
