About The Role
In this position, you will support the management team in the seamless operation of shifts, while engaging in both back-of-house responsibilities and front-of-house interactions. A key aspect of your role will be collaborating with our dedicated team to ensure every customer enjoys an unforgettable experience, making our bar a sought-after destination.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment, along with a genuine eagerness to expand their knowledge within the craft beer sector.
While familiarity with craft beer is advantageous, a strong willingness to learn is essential. We provide all the necessary resources (and of course, the beer) – all you need is a passion for learning. Customer service excellence is paramount, ensuring that every visit leaves a lasting impression on our patrons.
