BrewDog is Seeking Ambitious Bar Staff

We at BrewDog are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and serving amazing craft beer. Our bars are at the forefront of this mission, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. In this role, you'll assist and support our management team in running shifts, and be involved in various back-of-house duties alongside front-of-house tasks. A key part of your job will be working alongside our amazing staff to ensure our customers receive an incredible experience – making our bars a destination people want to visit.

About The Role

You'll have at least 2 years' experience in a busy bar or restaurant, and a desire to learn more and develop within the craft beer industry. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential. We've got all the tools (and the beer) – you just need to be excited to learn. You must be customer service-focused above all else, ensuring every single experience a customer has exceeds their expectations.
