We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team at Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning AB in Stockholm. As a key player in our legal department, you will provide strategic legal advice to Inditex Nordics, supporting our fashion retail business across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
About the OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to work with a world-leading fashion retailer and make a real impact on the business. You will have a crucial role in managing and advising on a wide range of legal matters in the Nordic countries, with a particular focus on lease negotiations and lease contracts.
The ideal candidate will have about 3–5 years of experience, either in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer, preferably with experience of lease law or commercial contracts. Experience within privacy law is a plus.
Responsibilities- Manage lease negotiations and drafting of lease agreements for commercial properties in the Nordics.
- Provide legal support and counsel on various legal issues, with an emphasis on leases, corporate law, and commercial contracts.
- Coordinate GDPR projects.
- Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and proactively manage legal risks.
