Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or a related field. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of experience working actively with mechanical or electrical design, as well as good knowledge of software tools used for hardware design.

You should also have at least some years of work experience as a manager or team leader in a similar context. Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable with problem-solving and have excellent communication skills.

In terms of personal qualities, you should be open-minded, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing situations. You should also be willing to take calculated risks and make informed decisions.
