Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial part in driving new paying users for Rebtel's services via digital marketing channels. Your daily work will focus on optimizing acquisition campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working alongside performance marketing specialists, designers, and analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Channel Management: Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns, launch new channels, and ensure seamless synergy between paid and organic search strategies.
  • Ongoing Experimentation: Test ideas, generate ad copy, landing pages, visual creatives, audiences, and document experiments to maximize results.
  • SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop effective strategies for on-page and off-page optimization, improving online visibility and organic traffic to the website in collaboration with product and web teams.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Ensure cohesive strategies between paid and organic search.
  • Content Management: Update SEM/SEO-related parts of the website in close collaboration with product and web teams.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Identify improvement opportunities and present detailed reports with insights generation and suggested next steps based on channel performance.
  • Industry Trends: Monitor and respond to new trends within digital marketing in tools and campaign tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, including campaign setup, daily optimization, performance analysis, and budget allocation.
  • Experience in developing organic growth strategies covering technical and content aspects, with an understanding of programmatic SEO and AI-driven results.
  • Working experience with website and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cross-digital channel synergies and attribution models, as well as latest trends such as iOS14.
  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
