Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Director to join our Global Finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of interim and year-end external reporting, including preliminary announcements and the Quarterly and Annual Report.

You will ensure the Group's adherence to accounting standards and disclosure requirements, serving as the main liaison with external auditors. Your expertise in multi-currency IFRS consolidation, dual reporting, impairment reviews, and foreign exchange matters will be invaluable to our organization.

In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of Board and Audit Committee papers, supervise the production of subsidiary statutory accounts for all legal entities, and oversee monthly accounting and reporting for the Group's holding companies.

You will take ownership of the Group's accounting policies and procedures, coordinating the implementation of new policies and accounting standards such as IFRS. Additionally, you will manage the Group's legal entity structure, including capital arrangements and monitoring distributable reserves.

This is a unique opportunity to play an active role in the development and delivery of SRD/ESG/sustainability reporting capabilities and mentor a team of two qualified accountants in Group Consolidations and Reporting.
