We are currently looking for a dedicated Payroll and HR Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. This role requires a skilled professional who can manage end-to-end payroll processes, develop HR strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in payroll processes and HR practices, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing consultative support on Payroll and HR matters, developing guidelines and training materials, and participating in projects that streamline payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee all steps of the Payroll process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Provide consultative support on Payroll and HR matters, offering clear guidance and answers.
  3. Ensure employee insurance processes align with relevant regulations, rules, and collective agreements.
  4. Develop guidelines and training materials within the area of responsibilities.
  5. Create and conduct introduction and training for managers within the area of responsibilities.
  6. Participate in projects that streamline payroll and HR processes, enhancing compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Higher education in HR, economics, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR support.
  3. Experience with payroll and HR systems.
  4. Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations, and taxes, with a preference for experience in labour law and collective agreements.
