Responsibilities

Process Ownership

As the process owner of the outsourced payroll process for our 2 Swedish legal entities, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly payroll process from input to output.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administrative process related to compensations and benefits.
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist on the Merit Process.
  • Providing input and processing merit data in Payroll and Benefit Administration.
  • Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations in Sweden that impact Payroll and aligning them with internal policies.
  • Submitting statutory HR reports to authorities and answering questions related to payroll.
  • Contributing to the improvement of Employee Life Cycle processes in Workday and other systems.
