  3. Game Improvement Ideas: Proactively experiment with game improvement ideas, share results with the team, and collaborate on implementing changes.
  4. Code Review and Onboarding: Review PRs, help onboard new engineers, and maintain a high-quality codebase.
  5. Communication and Feedback: Communicate effectively across the team, engage in feedback, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  6. Playtesting and Feedback: Participate in internal playtests, share feedback, and drive creativity in your work and the team's.
Requirements
  1. Creative and Curious Mind: A passion for game development and a willingness to experiment and learn.
  2. Game System Experience: Experience with systemic layered gameplay, player-facing creative elements, and game mechanics.
  3. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Rust, C++, or other high-level programming languages, with a focus on game development.
  4. 3D Game Experience: Experience working on 3D games, including physics, game AI, and ECS.
  5. Professional Communication: Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
