Ramboll is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in the green steel and mining sector. As a Sector Lead, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business in this area, capitalizing on your extensive network and expertise to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation in the green steel and mining sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging your network and expertise to identify opportunities and challenges
- Contribute to the management group in our Industry division, working closely with other Sector Leads to set the strategic direction for our client segments
- Participate in large tenders and proposals, both nationally and internationally, to secure new business and expand our presence in the sector
- Develop and deploy competencies within Ramboll to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations
- Several years of experience in key account management and project/programme management, preferably in the green steel and mining sector
- A strong network within the industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's supply and value chain
- Academic degree or equivalent experience, with a strong focus on business development and innovation
- An innovative mindset and a desire to challenge yourself, the clients, and the industry
- Ability and willingness to promote collaboration across technical and geographical borders
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders
