Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Radio Network Systems Engineer to join our 5G/6G Baseband System Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing system studies in the area of Radio Physical Layer, specifying new 5G/6G system features and functions, developing software simulations, contributing to advances of 5G/6G Standards, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing and mathematics.
  2. Strong knowledge of LTE & NR 3GPP specifications, especially in the areas of the Physical Layer.
  3. Experience in SW development for Link simulations. Languages include Python, C, and C++.
  4. Experience in the software development and analysis of simulations (knowledge of simulation environments and tools like MATLAB would be an asset).
  5. Analytical mindset and result orientation to deliver even when under pressure.
  6. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage many different projects at once.
  7. Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, providing effective communication building positive relationships internally as well as externally.
  8. High level of motivation, as well as being a self-starter or a team player as needed.
  9. M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in a relevant area, preferably with demonstrated experience and knowledge in the above-mentioned required skills areas.
