To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong mindset and ability to lead large scale coordination meetings. Experience working in a similar position managing health domain at corporate level is also essential. You should hold a graduate degree in Medical Sciences and preferably post-graduation in occupational health and safety or another related field. In addition, 8-10 years of experience in Health with focus on health and wellbeing program management is required. Expert knowledge of medical sciences and occupational health is desired. Working on an international position with multi-national engagement is preferable. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills, excellent writing, and communication skills with experience of C-level business discussions are also required.
