Embedded Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at Permobil, a leading assistive technology manufacturing company. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing software that implements various features in wheelchairs, using real-time operating systems and embedded Linux.

• Work with a multiprocessor solution and refine and implement software features in C and C++.
• Collaborate in agile project development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

• You have a passion for software development and expertise in C and C++.
• Bachelor- or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or another related field.
• Basic understanding and interest in hardware.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English, as it is required for communication and documentation.

• Previous experience in working in Jira and Gitlab.
• You have previous experience in software development for medical devices or other safety-critical products.
