Embedded Software Engineer Role:

We're seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at Permobil, a leading assistive technology manufacturing company. As a key member of our Embedded Software Development team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility and independence for individuals who use our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software that implements various features in wheelchairs using real-time operating systems and embedded Linux.
  • Work with a multiprocessor solution and refine and implement software features in C and C++.
  • Collaborate in agile project development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor- or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or another related field.
  • Basic understanding and interest in hardware.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
