Quality Engineer Opportunity at EarthStream Global

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at EarthStream Global, a pioneering company in the green steel manufacturing industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to and promotion of safety policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of contractors' Quality processes.
  • Support and/or perform Quality-related meetings, workshops, audits, root cause analysis, reviews, and inspections.
  • Collect and analyze data to support reporting on Quality activities.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, engineers, planners, and other departments to develop, implement, and improve the Quality System.
  • Liaise with contractors' representatives for quality activities coordination and planning.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, if required.
  • Participate in reviews and site visits.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to follow and participate in technical discussions on a first principles basis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of proactivity.
