Human Resources Director

This role is responsible for supporting the management team in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across the cluster. The Cluster HR Manager will oversee talent sourcing, recruitment, and performance management for all staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Psychology, HR, or Law, with exceptional soft skills and experience in Swedish and Danish labor law. Prior experience as an HR generalist or manager, particularly in union & employee relations in Sweden, is preferred.

The successful candidate will be proficient in English, both verbal and written, and fluent in Swedish. Experience in payroll and Workday is a plus.

• Support management by owning the full employment cycle for all sites within the cluster as well as performance & talent management.
• Manage union labour relations including negotiation of collective agreements and assist line managers in case of labour disputes.
• Ensure compliance of the organization's practices with applicable labour legislation and collective labour agreements.
• Maintain country policies and procedures on HR self-service portal up to date; including the employee handbook.
• Promote and support employee engagement through global and local initiatives.
