Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Project Lead to join our Global Sustainability team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading big impact projects, improving audit processes for suppliers, and developing policies and guidelines for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead big impact projects, such as electrification strategies and alternative production methods to reduce carbon footprint
  • Improve and develop audit processes for suppliers
  • Develop policies, guidelines, and processes for sustainability, including social and governance aspects
  • Lead Instabee's sustainability community with champions
  • Ensure CSRD alignment and compliance with future regulations

What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in project management, preferably related to sustainability
  • Strong interest in sustainability and experience working with sustainability initiatives
  • Experience driving projects in an agile tech environment
  • Self-driven and able to identify issues and solve them
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • University education in a relevant area
  • Analytical skills and ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
