About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Product Development team and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Development Team: Oversee the development of our digital products and platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

  • Scrum Master: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team is following agile principles and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and team members.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Digital Transformation: Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and experience in implementing digital initiatives.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in applying them to manage and lead teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry.
