About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the Northern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer excellence and experience
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers
  • Organize product training sessions, application workshops, and other sales-related activities
  • Collaborate with the distribution sales force and key converters to improve customer value
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development
  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with conversion/printing techniques and application methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license
