Vi söker en erfaren specialist inom juridiska operationer för att stärka Spotify's team inom juridiska operationer. Tillsammans med vår juridiska avdelning levererar vi effektiva, skalbara och innovativa lösningar för att stödja Spotifys växande verksamhet. Du kommer att hantera och stödja processer för kontraktshantering samt administration av externa juridiska rådgivare; stödja strategisk planering inom juridik; och genomföra projekt inom juridiska operationer.

Vad du kommer att göra

  • Optimera och förvalta vårt system för kontraktshantering, vilket säkerställer effektiva och smidiga kontraktsprocesser och arbetsflöden.
  • Ansvara för dagligt stöd och administration av vårt system för kontraktshantering, inklusive hantering av viktiga arbetsflöden för Spotifys mest kritiska kontrakt.
  • Arbeta nära Spotifys affärs- och finansavdelningar för att stödja avtalsprocessen och säkerställa korrekt och effektiv kontraktsgenomförande.
  • Hantera och stödja juridiska teknologilösningar och system, såsom juridisk automatisering och AI-baserad kontraktsgranskning.
  • Bygga relationer och förhandla om avgiftsarrangemang med Spotifys externa advokatbyråer.
  • Leda och stödja olika projekt inom juridiska operationer, driva dem mot framgång genom samordning med juridiska och affärsmässiga intressenter.
  • Utveckla och skapa effektiva strukturer för att stödja den juridiska avdelningen i strategisk planering av juridiskt arbete och bidrag över Spotifys verksamhet.

Vem du är

  • Du har minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete inom juridiska operationer, helst inom en internationell organisation eller en stor internationell advokatbyrå.
  • Du har över 3 års erfarenhet av att stödja processer för kontraktshantering och förvaltning av ett system för kontraktshantering.
  • Du har en god förståelse för juridiska, kontraktshanterings- och bolagsstyrningspolicyer, roller och processer.
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera relationer med advokatbyråer och förhandla om avgiftsarrangemang är meriterande men inte ett krav.
  • Du kan sömlöst förena tekniska, juridiska och affärsmässiga team, och anpassa tekniska krav till juridiska och affärsmässiga behov.
  • Du har en dokumenterad förmåga att leverera komplexa projekt med juridiska och andra affärsmässiga intressenter, helst över flera tidszoner.
  • Du kan fatta riskbaserade beslut självständigt.
  • Du har utmärkta färdigheter i intressenthantering och kommunikation, med förmåga att förmedla komplex information tydligt och effektivt.
  • Du är nyfiken och ifrågasätter effektiviteten i nuvarande processer och rutiner, och söker ständigt sätt att förbättra.
