They will also be responsible for investigations, feedback on lessons learned, and best practices from their unit and across the community.

Your Role

As an HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of employees, contractors, and customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on HSE protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/EHS/OHS.
  • 5-10 years of experience working with HSE, preferably in the building and construction sector or project business in the energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
