We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our Power Quality Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE standards, practices, and procedures, as well as driving behavioral change through performance improvement programs. They will also be responsible for investigations, feedback on lessons learned, and best practices from their unit and across the community.

Your Role
As an HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of employees, contractors, and customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on HSE protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/EHS/OHS.
- 5-10 years of experience working with HSE, preferably in the building and construction sector or project business in the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
