Main Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a robust HSEQ framework
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HSEQ performance
- Closure of corrective actions and monitoring of findings
- Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis BlueBook and related legislation
- Implementation of risk management strategies
- Development of training programs to drive cultural change
- Support to project teams on HSEQ requirements
- Site supervision and guidance
- University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in HSEQ, preferably in EPC sectors
- Strong understanding of HSEQ regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Swedish and English languages
