
Industrial Controls Engineer

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Controls team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of building automation systems within Amazon. This includes designing, installing, testing, and commissioning these systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Building Automation Systems: Design and develop building automation systems to meet the required specifications and performance standards.
- Install and Test Systems: Install and test building automation systems to ensure they function correctly and meet performance standards.
- Commission and Maintain Systems: Commission and maintain building automation systems to ensure they continue to meet performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering: A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required for this role. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems: Proven experience working with building automation systems, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical and mechanical principles, as well as experience with software tools used in building automation system design and implementation.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
