Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance planning and performance management processes, including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, setting up BOMs & IBRs, financial modeling, and decision support for the UV plant.
  • Support a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant, ensuring that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.
  • Partner with plant management to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions, while monitoring and adjusting execution of actions.

Requirements

  • Educated to University Degree Level (or equivalent)
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong ability to business partner & influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into meaningful business recommendations
