About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth to join our team at Greenely. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and growth hacking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and data analysts to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer growth and reduce churn.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and implement strategies to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Identify and leverage digital marketing opportunities, partnerships, and innovative approaches to grow our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, growth hacking, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
