We are seeking an experienced Experimentation Lead to join our team at ICA Fastigheter Sverige AB. As an Experimentation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation and customer experience optimization across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Managers to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize digital products and customer journeys
- Support Product Managers in creating and implementing qualitative testing methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gain deep insights into customer behavior and motivations
- Assist Product Managers and development teams in leveraging tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing tools, and qualitative testing tools to inform data-driven decision making
- Develop and implement a structured approach to experimentation, including training and educating the product organization on experimentation best practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement in conversion rates and testing, and provide recommendations for ongoing development and optimization
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making by sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices
- Relevant university or college degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in creating, executing, and analyzing A/B tests, as well as qualitative testing methods
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization and digital analysis, as well as A/B testing of digital products
- Ability to work in cross-functional product teams and communicate complex experimentation concepts and results to stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of digital analysis tools, conversion rate optimization tools, and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, VWO Testing, Tableau, Connected Sheets, and Looker Data Studio
