Project Manager Health and Safety

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Health and Safety team at Vattenfall. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing international Health and Safety projects, including the implementation of a new EHSQ system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic Health and Safety initiatives and measures to improve the overall Health and Safety strategy and goals.
- Manage and coordinate international Health and Safety projects, including the replacement of the EHSQ system.
- Act as the Health and Safety expert within national and international projects and change processes.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, e-learnings, and instructions on Health and Safety focus areas and systems in use.
- Provide information and advice to senior management on Health and Safety matters.
- Coaching other Health and Safety experts and business experts.
- Prepare and develop reports, including report analysis and advising management.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in operational safety management and Health and Safety matters.
- Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in a project leader role in complex IT projects.
- Proven ability to handle and drive initiatives/change in international matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of Intelex is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch, both verbal and in writing. Language skills in Swedish and/or German are a plus.
